I do not want this pit business anywhere near my home town. As a kid I spent a lot of time in those woods and can say that yes there are numerous small grave yards in that area. No, no, no, no to a gravel sand pit.

The proposed project is unnecessary and comes at very high cost on many levels.

I am an abutter and I oppose this project for a multiple of reasons including but not limited to water issuse, air quality issues, environmental issues, loss of property value and safety on our roads.

I live at 312 Kings Highway, New Durham and respectfully request that the Planning Board refuse this dangerous and destructive land use application by Green Oak Realty.

Great work by Casey Buell and others gettting the word out here. This would be a disaster for all of the surrounding properties and impact Wolfeboro traffic and properties as well.

This doesn't belong on this lovely road...near 3 ponds and many homes. Think about it!!!

As a resident of New Durham on Shaw Pond this proposal will ruin the quiet and solitude of our lake community. Also it will place everyone at risk due to change in traffic patterns on Kings Highway. That road can barely tolerate existing local traffic and putting a commercial property will be disastrous and likely cause major accidents. A quarry will generate noise, pollution and filth and not at all in the best interest of New Durham. Also there will be a direct environmental impact that has not even been determined on the animals and birds. The water table could be effected as well. Overall I strongly protest this proposal and as a tax payer demand that the town planners are thoughtful about our future. This will change all aspects of our lives in Shaw Pond.

My family and I are firmly and staunchly opposed to this new project, from the perspective of public safety, peace and quiet, and property value.

I strongly urge the Town of New Durham Planning Board to reject this application to ensure our air, noise and water quality remains safe and inviting for residents and visitors to enjoy now and well into the future.

I used to live on Copple Crown off of Kings Highway and if I still lived there I'd be fighting against this! People in this area live there to be in a secluded, wooded and quiet place with not much traffic. A quarry will bring the opposite. It brings destruction, noise, traffic, road deterioration....Just NOT what New Durham or Wolfeboro is about.

I am a third-generation summer resident of Rust Pond and I oppose this quarry as a danger to our beloved NH environment.

We believe enforcement of site regulations will be a problem with a part time building inspector.
