I'm opposed to the amount of homes on one acre of ground.

Greedy, money hungry people who only care about themselves and not the stress this will have on the community. Shameful!

Please don’t build! Roads can’t handle the traffic and that would change the environment forever!

Please do not develop this land - wildlife and humans both need this undeveloped valley.

This area can’t handle that kind of traffic. The land should be protected from development, end of story.

I'm a nearby resident. This development will put a strain on local infrastructure and decimate valuable wildlife habitat.

We need to preserve as much of OUR green space that wee have left...McBride already has had their hand in the huge development surrounding Guffey elementary just outside the bluffs off of 141 adding even more traffic to the already overburdened highway that it currently is..once Jefferson county gave the okay to that development McBride had its foot in the door to proceed bulldozing everything in its path so they can make a buck, and these aren't modest homes they are oversized McMansions requiring lots of space...I say heck no,stop them in their tracks..keep our landscape just what it is...Landscape!Thanks for making me aware!

High density housing would be way too much for the surrounding roadways to handle as far as congestion. And greatly affect the Natural habitat we and many others moved here for.

Please dont take away the land from our wildlife. There isnt much land left for our four legged friends and our beautiful native trees and flowers. Thank you.

The comments already made on this petition say a lot about my concerns as well. This part of Jefferson County is under great pressure to become part of the congested neighborhoods encroaching on it. Please leave us in peace by refusing to let this crunch of excessive housing density and associated impact happen.

I am concerned about the traffic congestion as this road is underdeveloped. If Jeffco wants to allow this they should include significant upgrades to the local roads, bridges, traffic control, drainage, utilities, etc.

The roads involved with these subdivision entrances and exits cannot handle this much traffic.
