This will be a devastation to the neighborhoods property values. This will allow for additional traffic as well as noise in an area that already has this issue.

I am not against the majority of the proposal by Concordia, the lights being the exception. I understand that the lighting proposed will not have significant "glare" or "light spill". My main concerns are the aesthetics of having multiple 60' tall permanent structures. I also have concerns about the amount of usage these lights will have if the college ends up renting the field to other organizations.

I vote against the stadium lights.

When Eastchester installed lights on Handle Field it increased traffic on Fairway Drive dramatically at all hours. We are able to see the lights and poles from our house. For them to say the lights will not effect the neighboring homes is absurd. The poles are unsightly, the lights are too bright, the games are too loud at night and the increased traffic are reasons enough to not approve this application.

Please do not allow lights in our beautiful small community.

Fields are beautiful and don't get lots of fun play. Don't see the need for lights

The proposal does not fit the character of the area

I see directly onto the field. The redoing of the feild, Do It!! Love watching the games from my office BUT, Lights, NO WAY!! They will always be visible and I believe that its a detriment to the neighborhood. Your 9 hours a week is just a start. Never going to be so simple. Baseball and tennis don't have lights and you are also painting lines on the new field for lacrosse, You don't have a team. I will fight this...

Agree the 60-ft installation wholly unnecessary and will be detrimental to neighbors and property values. Also believe the college lacked transparency in failing to inform the surrounding communities of their plan, especially considering the considerable support the college receives from surrounding communities and neighbors.

These would damage home values and would disturb the peaceful residential around the lights . It's unnecessary. Please stop this proposal.
