No more building in Johnston. People moved here because it wasn’t a big city. Now it’s all big chains, cookie cutter houses and banks. No more building without residents approval!

I have lived in Johnston all of my life. What once was a lovely town is now turning into a concrete jungle. We need to maintain what is left of our town. Why are we changing zoning laws? These laws were put in place for a reason. People buy in neighborhoods based on the zoning. Look at what has happened on Greenville Ave. We now have constant traffic due to Citizens and that hideous development that is under construction. I’m all for purchasing as much open space as possible.

These are great places to ride bikes and to walk around and just be one with nature and it would suck to lose that to the building of houses
