Is going to be cuts on schools next year is not enough children to fill up a school and as for the doctor surgery we all register elsewhere. We will not move surgery. Regarding the shops I will not shop in Efailisaf even if is several shops we don’t want any more houses to build in a small village it will cost extra traffic the pollution and the noice is going to impact on older people’s health.

There is plenty of waste land within a mile of this clean green area that can be built on if house have to be built. Also the ‘garden village’ is offtering 6000 new houses up the road so why do we need another 300? 6300 houses all within a few miles of each other probably with at least two cars pre house so 12600 extra cars on these roads and all the other complications that go with it.

The local area is flooded with development already and there is no need to destroy such a beautiful area. The loval infrastructure already cannot cope with numbers with schools being over capacity and GPS appointments in Parc Canol taking 4 weeks for non emergencies. I completely oppose such a devlooment and urge the Welsh Government to refuse the new application as before.

The village cannot withstand the impact of further traffic and development in our village. The traffic exiting the village is bad right now due to speeding traffic coming from the bypass. This would be expedited ten fold with the planned development coming to fruition. There is also a single road for most of the village which wouldn’t work for the planned development and traffic volumes.

The local infrastructure simply cannot support this planned development. It is particularly ridiculous that this proposed development would double the size of the village by the time it’s complete. I understand that people need housing but surely not to the detriment of the existing residents and the surrounding area.

Too many houses for a village if 458 houses currently. It will increase traffic jams and reduce air quality levels. The land falls within an SLA with protected species. If this goes ahead it will make a mockery of these designations and open the floodgates for further development. Think about the negative impact and health issues if residents
