This proposal will have a hugely detrimental effect on the air quality and abundant wildlife on the land in addition, as Councillors already know, the air quality in this area is already very poor. This development will exacerbate pollution and the developers ridiculous suggestion that there will be very little additional traffic is simply laughable. 400 houses equals at least 1 extra vehicle, perhaps 2. The schools, toads, medical services here are stretched to the limit. All very well building a school and a GP practice but there is a SHORTAGE of GPs so where are they going to come from? You are also allowjngnour beautiful countryside to be raped because of a greedy farmer and an unscrupulous developer. This is GREEN BELT land. You should not even be entertaining this because of the devastating impact on the environment in this area
