DONT BLUR THE BOUNDARIES OF EFAILISAF

We don't have the infrastructure within the village to cope with this development. Traffic flow at peak time on the bypass road already makes it difficult to get in or out of the village. This new development will change the face of the village beyond recognition and make access afterwards unbearable. Ill conceived proposal.

This area doesn't need anymore houses! We don't have the infrastructure to support the housing we have now. Come on RCTCBC...... see past the £££££!!!!

The area is already busting at the seams! I was told no routine dr appointments available for a month today and to try again at a later date!!!!

We don't have the infrastructure to support more housing developments. The sewerage system can not cope, the primary schools have huge class sizes, it is virtually impossible to see a doctor, the traffic congestion leads to poor air quality, more habitats for wildlife will be destroyed...

There are too many houses in this area now, the roads are a nightmare in the rush hour, difficult to get a docors appointment and schools over subscribed

This will impact greatly on the area, schools are full to breaking point, traffic is horrendous and Doctors are impossible to get an appointment with yet still more residents will be filling the area. Not to mention all the wildlife losing their homes, this cannot be allowed to be built.

The area around Efailisaf, Church Village & Llantwit Fardre does not have the infrastructure to cope with further developments. Please listen to the concerns of the community.

This area is becoming over used. Too many houses, not enough Schools, Drs etc. Children from Tonteg are forced to accept Hawthorn Comp. while more children come in from other areas. Also we should be preserving the animal habitats not all but destroying them in certain areas

We are over populated as it is without yet another housing development

RTC need to sort out the infrastructure first, roads are a nightmare shortage of dentists, doctors and schools

Why use this land ? Empty land by Leekes use that .

I am also against this development and the further chaos it brings.I fail to see how Rct can contemplate further housing in Efail ISaf as the roads,schools,doctors surgeries and dentists are already really overstretched. Peter Webb

I am strongly opposed to this development. The bypass which I join at the Nant celyn junction is at the moment is a bottleneck joining those towRd the woodlands roundabout

Not enough drs and schools to accommodate new houses

The sewerage and drainage systems in the village are too old fashioned to cope with the present size of the village, let alone the addition of anew development. Our drains in Heol y Ffynnon are blocked on a regular basis, at least once a fortnight.

We simply do not have the infrastructure to support this number of new dwellings in our area , it is taking longer and longer to get to work each day , this could have a detrimental impact in current residents in the surrounding areas

I oppose this new development as it is not good for the environment. Why has the deveopment even been put forward again when it was rejected before? The existing infeastructures cannot cope with all the developments in the area.

The infrastructure can not handle the increase traffic. The bottle necks to the A470 and Talbot Green mean that the morning and evening traffic is too heavy currently. Adding to this can not be an option.

There are too many houses in the vicinity already with no infrastructure, no new schools, doctors surgeries etc. Enough with all the house building in this area
