Roads serving Efail Isaf are already overloaded together with G.Ps and local schools. This size of development is not sustainable

the by pass is not fit for purpose already exceptionally busy at peak times a further influx of housing would exacerbate the problem , additionally the road to Creigiau is totally unsuitable for the current usage the housing development senvisaged would make it a danger ous road to travel at any time There are not enough doctors in the area to satisfy current demand where will the addditional numbers come from

The schools, local surgeries and roads are at saturation point already more houses cannot be justified.

It should not be done leave some green space

Not enough doctors to cover the whole area . to many pupils in class. The bye pass isn't efficient for its purpose

Please don’t spoil another green area

This is unacceptable

I object to the new estate. Vehicles are gridlocked on the bypass which will make our village congested! No more houses until Roafs and schools are sorted

Stop over development

This development would double the size of the village. I'm not against small developments. The roads, local doctors surgeries, schools could not cope with a development of this size in Efail Isaf.

Air pollution already too high Congestion Lack of infrastructure

I am against any further house building in the parish.

No more houses needed at all, the schools can’t cope, the doctors surgeries can’t cope. No more houses

The local infrastructure cannot cope. Gwauncelyn & Tonteg children are already being squeezed out of their community. Please no more houses!

This development is not necessary to local economy and destroys neighbouring schooling communities and catchment areas

The present infrastructure cannot support another 350 families.

The road infrastructure is not in place to cope with these extra homes causing chaos with standstills along the bypass in either direction and so raises health concerns due to increased pollution.

I strongly object against the proposal the road infrastructure cannot cope with this development.

This will put in due pressure on an already strained road and travel network.
