I oppose the proposal for high density multi-family housing at this location. This rezoning would set a precedent for future developments that would inevitably snowball into more and more similar issues, slowly deteriorating the fabric of our area.
We all moved here to avoid these types of properties and the negative items associated with them (Traffic, Crime, Overloaded Schools, to name a few).This is not an acceptable use for this property. I do, however, support revitalization of this property that is within the existing zoning regulations.

Cobb County needs to adhere to our future land use plans and exhibit tighter controls on amount of impervious surfaces and runoff reduction.

I live in Sandy Mill Subdivision and moved here 30 years ago because of the schools and single family owned homes - NO APARTMENTS!
