Residents Against Apartments at Sprayberry Crossing

I'm completely for redeveloping this area, however, I'm against adding high density apartments. This does not fit our community and will decrease our property values

Opposed to high-density plan

I am only in favor of single-family, low density housing being built in this area of East Cobb. I am voting Against rezoning to allow for high-density housing & 3-story buildings to be constructed in this area of East Cobb. I oppose parking decks for a church. No other churches in East Cobb have needed or built parking decks?

We need SIMPLE homes in our community .

Hunters Valley

I live in Clary Lakes Subdivision. My Grandchildren attend Sprayberry HS. The excessive traffic with this development would make this area a traffic nightmare. It is definitely NOT the best and highest use of this land.

No one in this area wants this. It will be a nightmare for traffic and lower home values.

Churchill Falls Please listen to the vast majority of your constituents. Traffic alone is reason enough.

We do not want apartments in that area. The Traffic will be unbearable!! !!

Stop high density developments in East Cobb. Traffic is too heavy in these areas already and schools are overcrowded.

I am opposed to this plan. Stop overbuilding apartments and increasing traffic and destroying Cobb County.

As a small business owner in area this is bringing wrong kind of development to area and ruining roads and bringing way too much increased traffic to an area that can’t handle it, endangering students at Sprayberry High School and all the neighborhoods and residents of single family homes in area.

Against apartments/low income housing here. Enough traffic. Brings crime.
