I am against the ROD-1 proposal. I am against the apartments and high density housing on Sandy Plains. They will have a negative impact on traffic, safety and on the schools.
I live on Pete Shaw Rd.

Sprayberry H S already is needing help now, add more children to the lot from an apartment bldg is a no-no.
And please no more traffic, it's bad as it is.

Isn't Sprayberry HS already underfunded & over loaded as-is.
What a new apartment bldg housing even more children.
Heck no to more traffic anyway.

Oak Creek Subdivision
To be in keeping with ROD rules, there must be an interstate or high volume roadway nearby. Sandy Plains and Piedmont do not fit this prerequisite.

I don't want apartments within a mile of my home. If there were apartments in place I wouldn't have bought my current house. I also think the impact on Sorayberry Highschool will be quite negative.

NO, NO, NO apartments...more traffic at 2 busy intersections already? This area of roads is NOT designed for any more cars, school buses and overall traffic backups!

Major traffic concerns with this large capacity apartment complex. The roads were not designed to handle. We live within 5 miles northeast of Sprayberry Crossing

I oppose high density rental units to be developed in the area of Sprayberry Crossing. I live in Stockton's Ford subdivision.

This development is not right for the area and will negatively impact home values and quality of life. the proposed site is an eyesore, but this development is not the answer.
