Absolutely not. Make it all commercial. Or rebuild Sprayberry HS school there. Or put in a park. Or even build East Cobb Church here which is also battling residents in another part of town. Anything but high density residential.

No way! This would create a huge traffic nightmare! Rebuild Sprayberry HS with a new campus

As a nearby resident I object to the development of apartment homes being built at Sprayberry Crossing because of the adverse effect on traffic and the school system

An apartment complex in that spot is worse In my opinion then the current blight. There is already so much traffic and there is so much demand to own property that the risk doesn’t make sense. I also expect a negative on Sprayberry High School.

NOT in favor of putting an apt complex on this parcel of land.
WE DO NOT NEED/WANT APARTMENTS AT SPRAYBERRY CROSSING!!!! I would love to hear an argument supporting apartments at this location. I can’t imagine there is one. Unless it’s monetary to a or a few fine politicians.

Areas that were zoned Single Family should remain Single Family. Yes more people want to live in Cobb because of its excellent enviorement ....where is the obligation to accomidate more people within Cobb ? Single Family is what we all signed up for when we moved here. Don't change it !

This area is zoned for single family homes. It is NOT zoned for rental apartments. All homeowners purchased their homes in this area so there would not be rental apartments. Cobb County must protect and stand up for the existing tax-paying homeowners against greedy developers. This property must be improved, but not in a manner that will cause more harm than good.

Sprayberry HS does not deserve apartments in close proximity.
Allowing this type of zoning opens up other near areas to apartments.

I do not think that the area on Sandy Plains is an appropriate place to have apartments. The traffic flow in that area is already bad.

Having apartment complexes here will increase the volume of traffic in the area. As a runner I am concerned that the volume of traffic will make it less safe to continue to do so in the area. This area deserves to have people pulled here from other school districts for shops and restaurants (aka where people will spend their money). We don’t need more people living here with fewer shops and restaurants. Currently my family drives 10-15 minutes to go to the johnsons ferry area or shallowford area when we need/ want something yet pass this shopping center.
