We are NOT in favor for apartments in our community!!!

as a resident in this area of 50 years, I am not in favor or high density rezoning. I moved to this area to esape the high density, traffic woes that accompany it, and other negative issues that acompany high density areas.

2 cars per apartment = approximately 500 more cars for this area, very scary!

Canton Chase Subdivision Objecting to the multi-family development.

50 year resident against this proposed development.

This proposal will make a bad situation worse.

We need green space, parks, not apartments!!!!

Wyncroft subdivision resident asking where is the green space that was in the original plan? Apartments will lower property values and increase traffic - also too many loopholes with zoning for bait and switch tactics that will reflect poorly on those who agree to this dense project.

I forgot to put this, but I live in the Wyncroft subdivision.

Please don't congest an already congested area with that many more full-time residents!!

Wyncroft Subdivision I am not in favor of putting an apartment complex on this parcel of land. Many concerns on the impact of our schools, crime and traffic.
