I live off Post Oak Tritt. It is already an overwhelming nightmare trying to get out of my subdivision during rush hour.

I do not want apartments and town homes in East Cobb. We have enjoyed an amazing community because we haven't had this type of housing. Leave East Cobb alone. Make this area a big greenspace/parks /walking trails. There is enough money in East Cobb to do this. I am sure donations would por in to avoid this building plan.

We are not in favor of apartments or multi family units at Sprayberry Crossing. Too many vehicles added to the already traffic problems
