I'm totally against the 200+ additional cars that will probably be added to already horrible traffic situation at that intersection as a result of an apartment complex.

No Multifamily Rental Units in this area PLEASE! Especially across from the Sprayberry High School. I moved into this area 30 years ago because of its #1 rating in schools, zoned for single family owned homes only, the highly known reputation for safety and raising a family throughout all of Atlanta and the upbeat atmosphere! If high density living quarters (especially rental units) are allowed into this area it's reputation will be ruined and the bragging rights of living here will be gone as well as the value of our investment on purchasing in this well known and respected area! Please do not kill this by changing the whole original plan/idea that was designed for East Cobb. Thanks

Please consider that the redevelopment of a blighted area helps our community by raising property values which we all benefit from. In addition, bringing more retail, walkability and diversity only helps this area to maintain the high standards East Cobb is known for. Senior housing has very little impact on traffic and no impact on schools. The proposals the Sprayberry Action Committee are championing also focus on 1-2 bedroom apartments to also limit crowding at schools. Please consider other angles to this development before dismissing it based on the limited info posted with this petition.

No apartments in that space! More retail space would be welcome.
