No Apartments, it should remain commercial as originally intended. WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS PRECEDENT TO BE SET IN EAST COBB!!!

I live in Piedmont Chase subdivision. This development 'plan' will easily add 1000 residents into a very compacted and already congested area. The roads are in no way suited for this many extra vehicles from one central location! The added numbers will overwhelm our roads, our schools, our community services! This is a terrible idea. I would prefer to leave the blight as is rather than this daily nightmare. Stop this development!

Apartment are inconsistent with this community. A far better idea would be to develop a park where families could come together, enjoy each other and support existing businesses in the area.

We do not want the slippery slope of apartments coming to the East Piedmont / Sandy Springs corridor. That property needs to remain commercial, not any combination including apartments.

Apartments are not acceptable. 55 or older condos with a mix of light commercial would be ideal.
