We do not need high rise apartments in Sprayberry Crossing. We are a single family community. Apartments attract riff raff and drive our property values down.

Where I worked off Hammond Rd, they did the same thing. I now takes twice as long to get into and out of that area during rush hour. With High density housing coupled with heavy retail, it will be the same on Piedmont, Sandy Plains and Post Oak Tritt along with all the secondary feeder roads to these streets. Right now, Post Oak Tritt get so backed up in the afternoons, the line of cars extends past the Murcock area... That's close to 3 miles...It'll only get worse.

I think it needs more green space and less 55+ housing. We have plenty for 55+ already. The traffic in the area is already very heavy so money for new traffic solutions needs to be allocated as well. We’re in Caribou Hills and would love to see this eyesore refurbished.

it's an eyesore now but this is the wrong kind of re-development plan. How many thousands of new cars will pass through the intersection of E. Piedmont and Sandy Plains if this gets built? I suspect total gridlock will be the result.

I don't believe apartments are what the Sprayberry area needs. Condominiums would be a better idea. Apartments unless they are high end will serve to reduce the value of the Sprayberry area.
