Please consider what this does to traffic and strain on utilities. It is not the correct for for this area. Especially not there. Thank you.

We have lived here for 35 years, and as much as I would like to see the Crossing developed, I do NOT want to see ANY apartments being built there. All Townhomes would be a much better option for our community. Also, the apartments are not going to increase the value of our homes.

We recently purchased a home in this area due to the great schools and quaint family Environment. Building dense residential will create more unnecessary traffic and an already congested intersection and undoubtedly increase crime. Something needs to be with Sprayberry Crossing but this is not it.

Stop overcrowding East Cobb. All roads need repair and the traffic is out of control .

We need venues that will bring people in to spend their money and pay their taxes . Definitely more retail . We definitely need some great restaurants . Condos would be OK with great amenities you attract people that afford them . We don’t need no rent, or drugs close to our schools . Most of us started out in apartments but I don’t think that is desirable for an area that our high school kids are walking . Also think that great areas for kids to gather to study like copper coin in Woodstock is a great encouragement to our teens .

I believe that the current proposal is a high desity design at an area which we all can barely traverse daily without the average of 26 retal units per acre. Senior rental is good for that area, but there would need to be transportation provided for the non-driving seniors so they may shop, bank, and have pleasant times away from their home. Make approval for 8-10 senior units per acre, and require all senior adaptions with average square feet per one person unit of at least 950. sq ft per person, and the quality of the tenants will improve, and these would stay full, if run properly. Walking trails and dog area, and extra storage at the site, as well as designated parking space per person will fullfill needs of many, and will also keep units full. 2-3 Bedrooms and 1.5 to 2.5 or 3 baths makes for a great option in this ares. If 2 stories, multiple elevators are a must and ease of trash collection and recycling.

No apartments Traffic is horrible already. Schools is over crowded. We need Lowe’s or Lifetime or community park.

Please no more apartments. Schools are over crowded and so are our streets. Property taxes are important for our schools. Look at the new trailer this year at Bells Ferry Elementary. Two new apartment complexes in that district this year.
