I am in Shadowood Subdivision. I do NOT want the apartments. I am very concerned about the effect on our schools. Traffic and population density is already out of control. In addition there is a development going up just 2 miles or so down Sandy Plains Rd. It will have retail and restaurants. This area HAS way too many empty retail spaces now.

Chestnut Grove, I am against apartments being developed in Sprayberry Crossing. I would prefer something more like downtown woodstock that adds charm and character instead of just traffic.
