Too much density, unwarranted apt rentals and drasrmtically increased traffic for our East Cobb community

Please leave our East Cobb the way we chose it when we bought our house here. Changing the building codes alters our way of living. The traffic around this site is already difficult during rush hour. How are you going to accommodate 300x2+driving teenager cars on our roads? There will have to be a lot of 2 lanes broadened to 4 lanes. Please, please, keep our home town as is. Build within our existing codes.

This is a low density, single family community. High density developments in East Cobb need to stop.

Absolutely no Apartments. Too close to high school. This is a residential single-family area that is why we purchased here

We need to keep Sprayberry and our children in mind. A park would be much better with maybe some new retail and restaurants around it.

With that many over 330 rentals 1 and 2 bedrooms and then 64 townhomes. How can that be good for a residential community. How about some ownership. Or will housing be funding with federal subsidy for some ?
