So many more living units is exactly what East Cobb doesn't need, especially along the already traffic infested Sandy Plains Rd between East Piedmont and Post Oak Tritt!

Lived on Street across from Sprayberry baseball field for 47 years. Watched this area grow until it is pure congestion and overcrowded with traffic, people and cars!
Absolutely NOT in favor of apartments! Area can’t handle anymore people, children in our schools, or traffic!
Wake up, people!

I am from East Park and we definitely do NOT want to see this kind of development in East Cobb.

No apartments. Worked many years to afford to move away from apartment living to this area. I absolutely cannot support this as I live very close to site. NO apartments.

Eagle Ridge - Four stories is too high, and the number of units is too many. There are a ton of apartments in Kennesaw and other areas of Marietta. I don’t see the need for more apartments.

This well placed location could be made into a lovely mixed use, owner owned complex & would be welcomed by the community, & fit in with the essence of East Cobb.

harper woods subdivision
I want to keep single family, owner-occupied housing, and low density at Sprayberry Crossing

Only owner occupied housing should be built.

NO rental apartments or condos!! We do not have to accept this plan as the only chance of cleaning up the blight of Sprayberry Crossing. It would mean exchanging one unwelcome property for another.

A park for the community would be much better for overall property value.
