This project should not be permitted to move forward. There are plenty of apartments in the community already. Make the developers do something different than draw thousands of more cars to our already congested streets.

Trading blight for blight is not a solution. We've lived just off Bryant for 25 years. Sandy Plains went from a reasonable road to a highway. This development will make it MUCH worse. Apartments and rentals will NOT be good for a huge part of the area. Again, the blight of Sprayberry Crossing has been terrible to live with. New buildings with transient clients and no quality control replaces one blight for another and ruins the quality of life, both traffic and property values, for all.

Please!!! Stop development of this over-populated area!! KSU is taking over more & more, a councilman diverted I-575 traffic from Roswell along the natural flow of a Shallowford Rd. route to the smaller Blackwell Rd. because HE did not want traffic to go past HIS subdivision of Lamplighters Cove, taxpayers were not informed of a "new" stadium we have to pay for until their "deals" were done, we have subdivisions on every acre with entrances so close they are dangerous! These are just a few of the "advantages" our elected officials have forced on us. We have enough big businesses within 5 square miles to allay the need to leave this area! I was raised in Atlanta & can't stand what they have done to every square inch they could build on...do not do this to what is left of East Cobb. We watched as Woodstock has become a crowded downtown nightmare. PLEASE allow us to have a safe place to live, drive, & appreciate our county's natural beauty. Housing lots should be no less than one-half acre. No apartments. No more townhouses or condos. It will either be taxpayers applying some brakes to this $$ machine or we will all be paying for it thru our tax money & quality of life from here forward.
