Don’t need apartment in our community. We have enough traffic as it is now.

Apartments across from a high school is not a good idea. Apartments lead to a much more transient population and typically do not have as big of a concern for the community as homeowners do.

Our community has no desire to add dense housing. Traffic is already insane. Just turn the area into a park for our community to enjoy.

Shadow Woods Subdivision. We don't want a 4 story building here. It doesn't belong in this area.

Sprayberry High School already has apartment complexes feeding into it. There are many other Cobb County schools that have no apartments feeding into them. Also being so close to the high school can be a big target for drugs. Apartments have a transient population and typically are not as vested as home owners in the community. Years ago before Stillwater Lake was developed which is a sub division across from Sprayberry this was a major reason the apartments were not approved. Apartments across from a high school is not a good idea.

I'm opposed to this development. It is going to create a traffic nightmare.

Please preserve quality of life over developer profit. We enjoy living in residential low density community and there are plenty of more urban options already.

Harper Woods. Retail and food is fine but apartments are a step in the wrong direction.

This is not what our community needs.

I do NOT support this proposal. Cobb has more than adequate apartment space. Other options provide greater returns and benefits back Into our community.

Chestnut Ridge. Adding apartments and the subsequent traffic of 300+ vehicles will NOT improve our quality of life. Learn from other areas that have been successful. We want more food choices and unique retail. Senior Living units and Townhomes for sale are fine, apartments for rent are not.
