The current plan by the developer is not a good long term solution for our community.

I believe a four or five story apartment building at this location is not in accord with the surrounding properties. I was in favor of true mixed use but this plan does not meet the definition of mixed use.

I would like to see a more extensive plan for the Sprayberr Area. This whole area could go further downhill without attention. And apartments would be a contributing factor in its decline. . I would like to see the County involved in planning and possibly some investment. I think a Post Oak Connector between Post Oak Tritt and E Piedmont should be considered. Possibly a small park could be a component. In any case the out lots on Sandy Plains need to be part of the plan.

I would like to see a community for 55 and over go in this space. I see walking trails and a park in that kind of community. You wouldn't have to be concerned about kids over crowding schools

I do not support high density apartments - however, I would support housing for seniors who have lived in the area a long time and wish to remain in the area.

No high density re-zoning or overlays, increase code enforcement and proper tax assessment on current owners.

No apts owner owned homes only. Do not want this to turn another Franklin Road Slum in 10 years. Additional 400 cars will gridlock the area.
