Ashford Pines subdivision. We do not need high density apartments adding to the already congested area and routing speeding traffic through our subdivisions. No Absolutely Not!

We do not need hundreds more cars adding to the congestion along Sandy Plains and Piedmont!

This development is way too dense with no set back requirements. ROD is a way to circumvent the law. Since when does a developer get to make-up their own zoning codes that are not in Cobb County Code?
No, No, No!

Highland Park subdivision. NO to apartments. Prior to the pandemic, this intersection was incredibly congested. Adding high density apartments is not a good idea. I think Sprayberry Crossing should be redeveloped only with commercial retail as it was originally developed for the surrounding neighborhoods.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Cobb is a bedroom suburb of Atlanta, not an extension of it.

Highland Park Subdivision. High density apartments are not a good fit in this single family residential community. This would sit across from a high school and the already high traffic congestion would significantly increase.
