Wrong area for such a development. The added traffic will be a massive problem. I own a home in the Concord Point subdivision.

Too much additional traffic. WE do not need the hassle.

Traffic is already a nightmare. This will make it 10 times worse at the intersection of Sandy Plains and East/Piedmont Road and Post Oak Tritt.
Bad idea

(Oak Creek Estates) Please, no apartments...there is already way too much road congestion along Sandy Plains and Piedmont!

Piedmont Chase neighborhood. Ditch the rental apartments - switch to all condos. Lower the building height and price accordingly. There is plenty of land to provide a mix of residential and retail to make economically viable.

5 stories is too high for thIs area, the development has an urban look/feel to it and won’t blend in with the surroundings and apartments are not what this area needs.
