we do not need anymore development in this area. with the senior housing on Ebeneezer, traffic on Sandy Plains is a nightmare. while the old shopping center is a blight, there must b something else that could be done with it instead of more housing. maybe a new and updated shopping area I am opposed to the current proposal of multi family housing and apartments. this is not a rental area but owned residential homes

Way way way too much traffic on Sandy Plains/Piedmont.
Absolutely no apartments & the like to add to the existing problem, now or ever.

As a 18 year resident of the Oak Creek Estates neighborhood and alumni of Sprayberry HS, I strongly oppose the building of apartments in the Sprayberry Crossing lot.
