High density does not belong in our tree friendly suburbia. We don't need more traffic or congestion near Sprayberry.

Stop over development of Cobb County.

No thank you. East Cobb needs to stay a neighborhood of single family homes. More density will lead to more traffic congestion and more crime

From Dorset, apartment complexes have no place in the culture of East Cobb.

High density rental units are not a good long term plan for this area. Nor is the immediate impact on traffic, schools, or property values.

Chestnut Springs. The East Piedmont and Sandy Palins Rd traffic is already terrible. We do not want wider roads to develop the infrastructure required to handled this hot mess.

More than 2 stories is not good in suburbs. Stop bringing city craziness out to the burbs!
