This high-density request for apartments is absurd for this area. The amount of traffic in this area is already too dense. This is not the right fit for East Cobb. Will certainly overcrowd schools. Keep East Cobb family friendly. Single family homes only!

Since joining this blog a few minutes ago, i have been able to read some other's thoughts. "Green Space" and serenity sounds delightful...however, sadly, that will not pay the bills for the developer! This is a difficult piece of our planet to be sure. This place was thriving 25 years ago...and with the demise of one store (Bruno's) the entire 1-2 square mile area has floundered.
What's the asking price for the property? Anyone know? "Hellz Bellz" we are force fed SPLOTS...maybe we try to do something creative here...

Community support is essential to the success of any venture. In this case, apartments of this magnitude...perhaps any magnitude...change the 'sense' of this neighborhood. Forever.
Our commissioners and zoning officials should hear the community.
The area needs entertainment first and housing second. A high rise building is not in keeping with the surrounding 5+ mile area. More are effected than the 648 people who are aware of this petition.
