Please stop the apartments . The Sandy Plains /Piedmont Road intersection even with the newly installed lights is already a quagmire and dangerous .

My concern is that the traffic on Sandy Plains already makes it extremely difficult when trying to turn left on Sandy Plains off of Post Oak Tritt. It's often backed up where only 1 or even no cars make it through the light. This is due to the first light(I think Kinjac) and/or the the next light (major intersection @E. Piedmont) being red. The timing is always off. I do however think it's good news if there isn't access to the complex from Post Oak Tritt as that is already such a dangerous non-intersection! If they are planning to add another light between the bottle shop light and Post Oak Tritt Road, that isn't a good idea either. That is already such a disaster. I looked again at the picture, how is anyone ever going be able to travel on Sandy Plains in that area, especially between Post Oak Tritt & East Piedmont. If their traffic studies were completed in the last 12 months, they're not realistic as it's been much lighter than normal, but still gets jammed with no one moving except those already on Sandy Plains Rd. This will lead to extreme traffic jams, with no one moving which will be dangerous.

We do not need a missed use development in this area. We are congested enough

Not appropriate for this area of Cobb County, and definitely does not fit with the character of East Cobb. Please deny this.

This is definitely not something we need in East Cobb or affecting the Sprayberry High School and its feeder schools!
