This is a disaster in the making...the traffic, schools, property values and quality of life will be affected and impacted. As a resident of East Cobb for over 46 years (NY transplant), I can honestly tell you that there was a very clear and real reason why apartment building was and has been prohibited....traffic, schools property values, quality of life.... NO, NO, NO!

Apartments are bad. This is not appropriate for the area.

We don’t need low cost apartments in this area ! Real estate values will plummet. Traffic will double and more crime will occur! I am for higher priced residential and even condos but the apartments need to be nixed !

Nearby home values will deteriorate. Traffic will increase above the already crowded lanes on Sandy Plains

I live in Haverford neighborhood off Sewell Mill Road. I frequently drive past the intersection of the proposed project and feel that it would hurt the area and drive home values down.

The area is indeed congested with traffic and undoubtedly will cause more issues with the proposed new development. Residents in the surrounding regions have voiced their concerns, and as a resident of Kings Farm, I strongly oppose the expansion of rental units and townhomes.
