This would create not only a traffic nightmare with such a close proximity to Sprayberry HS but also an excessive burden to our schools. Plus higher density results in higher crime. Let's see just how caring our Commissioners including the new Chair Ms Lisa Cupid are for the health of the community.

I live in Kings Farm subdivision. This proposed development would negatively impact our traffic, schools, crime, quality of life, and home/property values. I strongly oppose the rezoning of Sprayberry Crossing with high density rental apartments. Barbara C. Hawkins

Although thankful this area will be repurposed, the lack of zoning to keep the buildings at 2 stories is very concerning. That area is already congested with traffic. The proposal is simply overcrowding the area even more than it already is. I live in Chestnut Springs.

I would propose condos instead of apartments. Condos will not bring surrounding property values down.
