Pete Shaw road we have enough high density housing in the area. Sandy plains road is a mess now with traffic.

I live in Kings Farm subdivision. Proposed land use goes completely against the whole area's single family residence standards and long held zoning practices. Undermines integrity of zoning commission to break so drastically with precedents to so radically impact the whole surrounding community.

Sandy Plains has the worst traffic in Cobb county and now this is being proposed. What type of mess will this create and what impact will this have on the schools in this area? Get your heads out of the sand and put a stop to this! I don't believe anyone in this district wants this and will show you so at the next elections, I know I will!
