If the Cobb Commissioners eliminated (5-0) the ROD-1 zoning category in East Cobb, then no part of East Cobb should have this incompetent design imposed on the community!

This would impact traffic at this location. It would make it more dangerous for the students walking to school . It would also increase the number of students at Sprayberry High School.

I live further down Sandy Plains in Highland Plains Estates, but drive by Sprayberry Crossing almost daily. This will also inpact the number of students in Sprayberry and make it dangerous for those that walk to school.

Something needs to be done about that eyesore place as it is now. I don’t agree on the multi family development as far as the apartments go but we still need to do something about that eyesore thank you
