We do not need multi-family buildings in that area. There is too much traffic now with the Sprayberry High School and the business traffic.

We have enough traffic. Stop changing the rules! They are there for a reason.

For those of us who have lived here well over 40 years, what seems to be developing is a travesty. This seems to be another case of a developer making a few quick dollars with no regard for the long term impact on the community.

I am concerned about the impact on traffic and the impact on enrolment at Sprayberry HS. Walton, Pope, Lassiter and Kell are not adjacent to apartment complexes.
