Our community doesn’t need anything more than we already have. Many of us moved here because it was a great place to raise our children peacefully, I do not want more traffic or apartments . I do not want a city of East Cobb!

I vote no. No to apartments and no to all of the extra traffic. Especially since they cannot solve the main entrance issue.

We dont need apartments in this area. It is already too congested and apartments will make it much worse.

The apartments will provide over crowding in the local schools. Every year when school starts I can expect breakins and packages missing from delivery and mail. Imagine what will happen with the increase of students. I am not afraid but I don't want to to exercise the Superman principle.

I’m against this new development. This would cause a traffic nightmare!

I live off Ebenezer Road near Sandy Plains Road. This development is not consistent with the single family home nature of the area and would add unneeded traffic to the area. Please vote against this project.

I live just down the street in Mountain View Subdivision. Traffic on Sandy Plains is already horrendous, often traveling at speeds in excess of 50 mph. Hi-rise apts are completely atypical of our sub-market and could be considered a form of "block-busting." Vote NO on this type of development.
