Stop packing more people who will not be adding to the tax base, or will shortly no longer add to it.

I'm concerned about the traffic this will bring to an already congested area. This new plan is no better than the last one. All townhomes is just too many buildings. This is NOT a good area for so apartments and townhomes. If housing is necessary, look at Smyrna Market Village that has all shops on the bottom with solving above, pedestrian friendly, shops, restaurants, park areas, etc...

Totally against this traffic is already unbearable in that area and you have no plans to do anything but add to it. Cobb county is getting out of control

This proposed development is just a cynical attempt to urbanize the suburbs.

Fight and fight hard to keep our single family homes and neighborhoods. Apartments are NOT SUITABLE for this particular area. We can fight this the nice way or the not so nice way but the fight is ON!

I do not support the rezoning of Sprayberry Crossing with high density rental apartments. -Magnolia Pond Subdivision

I live in Holly Springs neighborhood, off of Post Oak Tritt. This development is not in keeping with the standards of the area, and should not be allowed.

This is NOT the area for this. We are in a housing COST crisis, and this will NOT help. This is NOT for "seniors" as it's not enforceable, it's only passable for zoning. At what cost to our neighborhoods are we willing to do this?

Twin Lakes subdivision This development can quickly lose over 55 designation. The developers non-answer to accepting rental vouchers is also troubling. A cheap looking 5 story building is not what east cobb needs.

I've been in this part of Cobb since 1975. Walton '87. This is completely wrong for this area. I currently live in Morgan Farm. A traffic plan that calls for U-Turns will be a disaster! Too much traffic at these intersections already.
