Keep this Cobb community limited to single family homes. A multi dwelling complex will over burden the lord cal school system as well as overload our streets with hazardess traffic.

Developers are already building on every square inch of East Cobb. We do not need apartments. The infrastructure can not handle the traffic as it is. Keep EC single family.

I live in Hasty Acres off of Sandy Plains subdivision and I am strongly against this multiunit development, since traffic and low income housing will bring lots of congestion and low values of our properties. Also my business is located at the corner of Sandy Plains and Kinjac Drive and traffic and construction will affect normal operation of my business.
