High density rental units are not in the best interest of this single family focused community.

The area is a blight on the area and needs some type development but we don’t need additional apartments in the area. We have far too much traffic in the area so let’s hope some other developers come in with a better plan that benefits the people living in the area. I say no to the current plan.

The property in question should not have apartments as part of its plan if keeping with similarities in neighboring property

We need property owners in the community that have pride of ownership. There are plenty of affordable housing options throughout the metro.

We do not need any more housing in the East Cobb area, especially apartments! Turn it into a grocery store anchored retail space or make it a green area.

We will not be able to handle the traffic or noise! Single family homes only, just as the original ROD approved.
