We would rather have the blight than this behemoth. It is 1000% out of keeping with this entire residential area. Please vote no on this very bad idea.

Anything else but apts. Instead townhouses where people have equality in there neighborhood, They were built 2 miles down the road why cant they be built here? We cant handle anymore traffic. Nor an increase in crime which apts will bring.

Additional residential dwelling at this location could create massive loss in value to surrounding SFR.

I live in a subdivision Prince Howard at Corinth.
This new development would bring massive congestion to our area. This area was never set up or planned to hold multi family residences.

This development would definitely increase traffic along both Sandy Plains and Piedmont.

No apartments please! The area is too dense for the added traffic these apartments would cause.

Against apartments and townhouse development in our East Cobb area. The apartments and townhomes built around Powers Ferry and Terrell Mill Roads looks cheap. The Developers will do the same thing at Sprayberry Crossing. If this zoning goes through- this area will see more of this type of construction. Traffic will be worse

Traffic It’s already a concern in that area. This would only make it worse.

No HighDensity Housing! That area is already a mess, in terms of safety. Adding an entire new population would be a devastating blow
