Shaw Estates-Traffic in this area is already very congested. Multi family housing will only negate all the recent changes made to this area of Sandy Plains Rd.

This area and roads are not conducive to such a large, multi-housing project. This a single home bedroom community. My neighborhood is the first subdivision off of Post Oak Tritt and traffic is already at maximum capacity.
