I have a huge concern as to how this high density development will impact our traffic and crime in our area.

Dylan’s Glen is my subdivision. I would hate to see this kind of housing go up in that area.

You have to be kidding right? I didn't spend 45 years in this neighborhood building a business and owning a home to have apartments (and crime) come in through the front door.

Please, no apartment complex .....traffic is dense enough. I vote and am watching

Arbor Glen - 52 unit townhouse community built in 1984-1985. Now 1/3 rentals which has had a negative impact on our community.

Stop putting apt complexes

We bought our home because it is a safe, attractive, single home community. This development would make major changes to th community, add density to the schools and create major traffic issues. Please do not add this high density apartment complex to our community.

I strongly oppose this action. It will lower the value of existing homes in the area. This is an established single family community and should not permitted to become overcrowded with multi-family housing.
