My family has lived at the corner of this intersection for 3 generations. Doing this will destroy the single family home area and should never be allowed to happen. Do not do this!!

We must keep this area residential and owner-occupied. Properties are kept because we care about this area. I want my grandchildren to stay here. Forcing us into this project is hurting our rights. We must unite and stay together to defeat Redevelopment Overlay District.

This is a terrible idea for this community of single family homes! Traffic is bad enough as it is.

These apartments will have too much of a negative impact on traffic as well as the home values in the surrounding neighborhood. Please respect the investment that surrounding neighborhoods have made in this area. In addition, Sprayberry High School already receives all of the students from the apartments at Town Center Mall which increases the transient nature of the student body and lowers the performance of the school. This HS already has TOO MANY apartment complexes mapped to it.
