Zoning restrictions should stay in place. I don't think any increases should be allowed.

Keep building height at present level. It just keeps inching up. I agree that Snider Plaza needs to keep its small-town feel. I am always amazed how people move to an area because they love it and then try to change it into something else. UP is a city of homes. We do not need high rises inside UP. I had hoped our library would have gone in that spot, but guess a park or green space would do.
I am in favor of some sort of off-street parking for those who work in the shops in SP. Owners of buildings or businesses should pay for their employes' parking - one spot for each employee.

I live at 2732 Milton in UP. The zoning restrictions protect all of us and should be upheld. Interaction is already dangerous with SMU and HPMS foot traffic. Preserve UP character and safety.

Thank you for bringing the voice of reason to an unreasonable development proposal.

We need to keep Snider Plaza small-town feel. I don't think the building should be more than 2 stories high! The old Chase building is too big! The traffic alone will put all pedestrians at risk including my children!!

What is a good height restriction for PCBC and HPUMC is good for a commercial development. These two churches have been restricted.

We side with the residents of UP and would like to see appropriate zoning changes with respect to the new proposed development of the old Chase bank building. Thank you.
