The question is why is the UP City Council even considering this zoning change? What value is it adding to the City of UP? Will it provide aesthetic value to the City of UP? Will it improve the quality of living for the residents? Or, are they interest only in the increase tax revenues?

Greenspace in the center of town awards the highest value in a community. It is essential for our collective well-being, and will be greatly utilized!

3500 block Haynie. Zoning restrictions should be upheld and green space would be a responsible and appropriate use of the space

6629 Golf Drive Too tall and too dense and would create a terrible precedent for future projects in the middle our residential neighborhood.

Too tall; does not create an 'organic' neighborhood business; looks it it was REALLY does not belong in that spot.
