Do not want to lose community environment and add additional traffic to an already heavily traffic area.

We don't want University Park to become a high rise building, business center, We want an oasis where it's got small shops and safe areas for our children to roam with their friends. We are surrounded by big business buildings of Dallas. Stop making our village a business center.

Six floors is the best size building that does not overwhelm the neighborhood. Moderation in all things.

I like the proposal for a park. We don't need a tall building in U.P.

This proposal will ruin on neighborhood community and is completely out of place.

I am not opposed to new development; I don't think the scale and the style fit the neighborhood.

Park Plaza would be ideal with a total office bldg. height of 70' with a new parking structure of 500 spaces. We do not support current proposal.

We do not need a generic big box office building on that corner. If it worked better with the surrounding buildings I would reconsider and would support a plan if there was more green space incorporated into the design.
