Resident Concerns Regarding 23 Wall Street Proposed Liquor License

This proposed tenant (bar/restaurant/entertainment complex) will pose a grave hazard to 15 Broad St. and to the neighborhood includiong NY Stock Exchange/Federal Hall. With a large crowd, drunk people/partiers, etc., this will pose a FIRE hazard as well as a host of other hazards including potential TERRORIST threats to NY Stock Exchage and Federal Hall. This proposed tenant does NOT belong at 23 Wall St.

This is the wrong neighborhood for this type of venue. Because of the canyon effect mentioned, the noise from the venue will be heard in full volume inside my apartment. I would never have a quiet evening again.

This business has no business being in this neighborhood!!!!!

I do not want this in our community. It's not what we want as a family.

An establishment like that is prone to bring lude behavior, crime, garbage and unwanted noise. This type of venue seems more suitable for a different neighborhood and i highly oppose having such an establishment in such a historic building.

This will be a blight on the neighborhood, not to mention an unwanted form of “entertainment” in Manhattan. This kind of thing shouldn’t be allowed within 100 miles of New York City much less in a historic landmark! This Florida based company is completely misguided. Listen up Latitude 360!, I will save you some money and headache: No one will even go this clearly sub-par venue! This is Manhattan, we have the best of everything. People come here to escape this kind of mass market "Dave and Buster's" type crap. Have you done your research? Yes, there is a fair amount of tourists but for the past 10 years the Financial District has had major residential growth. It's increasingly families down here not millions of corporations seeking places to have investment meeting where they choke down Nachos and whatever “BoomBoom shrimp” is. Also, there is no such thing as luxury bowling. Just sticking the word luxury in front of anything doesn’t make it luxury.

We live at 130 Water Street and the proposed establishment is completely detrimental and counterintuitive to the family friendly neighborhood we have nurtured for the past 10+years.
