This law makes no sense to anyone even remotely compassionate and it should not blanket the entire city rather than target specific issues. How can you actually make a turn your head law to sanction cruelty rather than actually address the issue?

My cat was a feral. How dare you starve these animals that are feral in the first place because they, or their ancestors, were abandoned by humans. Disgraceful.

I have spayed/neuter 11 cats since last October and found homes for each of them. Our neighborhood would have a ferrel cat problem if it wasn't for the Focus on Ferrel program. Can you imagine how many kittens 11 cats can produce!

Its not a cats fault they are homeless . By feeding a cat actual cat food it also helps them stay out of trash which does help the community out as well!

She is a special lady doing a wonderful job. We have 2 feral cats and we love them. Please help her to help these poor cats. They did not ask to be born or to be treated so inhumanely!!

This is outrageous! No one should ever be penalized for helping innocent animals survive. These cats are feral no fault of their own and should be spayed and neutered and allowed to live out their life. No living creature should ever starve to death or freeze to death because of peoples in humanity. This needs to be changed!!
