Why not feed the cats . They need to eat to. Just like people.I hate people that do that to cats .Just get them fixed .Dont let them go hungry

Please rescind this law..Think about the cats that will starve to death and what that will do for your city... Maybe higher penalties for animal abusers with the money going to local shelters to help feed these poor homeless cats..

Starving and neglecting the ferals was the best solution they could come up with?
Maybe fire everyone involved and use their salaries to create a haven for the ferals.

This law is inhumane, it is human nature to feed the hungry and provide shelter the from the elements to defenseless creatures who cannot care for themselves. If the city considers it to be such an issue, then they need to come together and work with the community on a resolution that can HELP these animals, not just ignore the problem and hope it disappears with time.

It's cruel to make these animals suffer just because People left them for dead. There should be Humane Traps set up to catch these animals and give them Shots and Spay & Nueter them.

This is a cruel law. Instead, we should be implementing harsher laws against those who dump their animals or more laws regulating outdoor cats. More money should be spent on TNR groups/teams.
