No words because I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous law. What is happening to our country!!!! And yet they are trying to pass a law stating no animal cruelty (which I agree with 100%).

Havent humans cause enough damage to animals?? Just because some want to be cruel and toss out unwanted animals dont make all humans bad! Let US be their voices!!!! #save the strays!
